Annie was born 21 May 1882  the daughter of Charles Decatur Seckinger and Ella Francis Brown.

She was the sister of Malcolm Otis Seckinger, Sr.

Annie was married 30 July 1903 to Charles Freeman McKenney in Baltimore, Maryland.
