Cecil Henry Valgamore was born May 22, 1900 probably in Jackson, Minnesota and died December 29, 1974 in Big Timber, Sweet Grass County, Montana.He was the son of Henry Ilandrew Valgamore and the former Alice May Clark.

Cecil married Rose Huyser Bray in about 1920.

In about 1929 he married Eva Bourne (born July 16, 1910, daughter of James Bourne). They had three children: Henry James, Dale, and Doris Valgamore. They lived in Big Timber, Montana where Cecil was a plumber.

On September 27, 1969 he married Lillian Meyers at Big Timber.
