William Fletcher Robertson 1876-1961
Born in Rutledge, Morgan County, Georgia, the son of William Franklin Robertson and Eugenia Frances Davis. He worked as manager of the Hodgson Oil Refining Company in Farmington and was married in 1899 to Eva Blasingame. He purchased a mill in Morgan County, Georgia, situated on Rocky Creek and established the Robertson Milling Company. After the death of his wife Eva in 1916, Fletcher was married to Julia Pope McWhorter. Their children were: Eva Mae (died in infancy), William Fletcher Jr., Douglas Welby, Charles Francis, and Sara Helen Robertson. There were no children from his first marriage.
