Hila Tinkham Hines was the sister of Howard Heist's mother Rose Tinkham Heist. She was a favorite of Howard Heist's wife, Florence Detenbeck Heist.

Florence Detenbeck Heist's daughter, Velma Heist Warren, also referred to her as Hila Dickinson Hines, so there is some confusion there. Hila's husband was George Hines (probably "Uncle George" in this picture.)
