Dora Boyd Milner Fillingim (g.grandma Fillingim) holding Frank Armentrout.

She took care of her grandson Frank while her daughter, Virginia Louise Fillingim (Mrs. Joe Armentrout) became an early feminist by taking a job with Western Union in Atlanta, Georgia.

Grandma died in 1920 when she was hit by an automobile as she was stepping off a streetcar.
