Agnes Young 1799-1882

The daughter of Thomas Young and Janet Nisbet. She was married in 1823 to William Aitchison and in 1855 they migrated from Scotland to the United States and resided in New York until financially able to settle on the farm lands of Iowa. Their eight children were: John Young, Janet Nisbet, James, Robert, Isabella Young, William, Jr., Agnes, and Margaret Young Aitchison.
