Born 15 February 1887, died 7 December 1921, the daughter of Frederick Schwartz and Mary Elizabeth List.. She was married 18 September 1907 to Malcolm Otis Seckinger, Sr. who was born 25 November 1880, died 20 June 1953.

Rosa was the maternal grandmother of Elva Elizabeth Sanders, who was born 17 August 1935 and married 3 September 1955 to James William Smith.
