Born 17 January 1871, died 11 May 1911 the daughter of Charles Decatur Seckinger and Ella Francis Brown.

She was the sister of Malcolm Otis Seckinger, Sr.

Stella was married 5 June 1888 to Jeremiah Arnsdorff.
