Rufus Taylor Cheyney 1841-1899

Son of Thomas W. Cheyney and Jane B. Ashbridge. He was married in 1872 to Lucie Marie Brunin Bolmar, lived in Washington, DC and served for twenty-eight years as a clerk in the U.S. Navy Department.
